What wood materials do you use?
We use durable and long-lasting materials such as Sheesham wood, engineered wood, MDF, chipboard, and solid hardwood depending on the product type and customer preference.
How long does furniture delivery take?
Standard furniture items are delivered within 5–10 working days.
For custom-made orders, delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on design and production time.
Do your mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, all our mattresses include a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 5 to 10 years, covering sagging, foam defects, and spring issues.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
